Professional Woman in EdTech Digital Learning

Presales Demo Scheduler

  • Contact assigned leads via call, WhatsApp, or CRM
  • Understand student requirements and interests
  • Schedule demos with certified counselors
  • Maintain accurate follow-ups and schedules
  • Achieve daily and weekly booking targets

Demo Executive

  • Conduct structured product demos for EdTech courses
  • Explain features, learning outcomes, and pricing
  • Address queries and student objections effectively
  • Coordinate with sales for post-demo conversions
  • Update CRM with feedback and session status

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (English)
  • Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls
  • Basic computer knowledge & CRM familiarity
  • Target-driven with a customer-first approach
  • Prior EdTech experience is a plus
