Role Overview
We are hiring to support leading EdTech companies in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Help students transform their futures by connecting them with world-class online programs.
Presales Demo Scheduler
- Contact assigned leads via call, WhatsApp, or CRM
- Understand student requirements and interests
- Schedule demos with certified counselors
- Maintain accurate follow-ups and schedules
- Achieve daily and weekly booking targets
Demo Executive
- Conduct structured product demos for EdTech courses
- Explain features, learning outcomes, and pricing
- Address queries and student objections effectively
- Coordinate with sales for post-demo conversions
- Update CRM with feedback and session status
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English)
- Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls
- Basic computer knowledge & CRM familiarity
- Target-driven with a customer-first approach
- Prior EdTech experience is a plus
